We have recently updated the Web Based Form on our website.  Many of you are familiar with working with these types of forms.  Upon completion of the form, please make sure to print a copy for your records.  Once you have printed a copy (using the "Print Form" button located on the top of the page), click the "Submit by Email" button on the top of the page.  This will send the information to BPO@mffi.com via e-mail.  Be sure to cc: your own e-mail so that you will have a copy in the event the form needs to be resent. 

 

What to expect -

    1.    The form is relatively large to open initially (approx. .6 mb).  Be patient.  The information that gets e-mailed to us upon completion will probably be much smaller in size             depending on the size of photos.  The BPO itself does not get e-mailed to us, but rather the information from the form along with the files.  The file created is a .xml file.

    2.    The property address and property characteristics (sq ft, room count, garage, etc.) will pull through the entire BPO (from the first page) so you will only need to enter it once.

 

    3.    Photos can now be inserted directly on the photo addendum.  Go to Page 3 of the BPO, which will be the photo addendum.  Click on the photo box once and a window

will open for you to select the photo from your computer.  This will automatically embed the photo in the form when it is e-mailed.  This feature only works if you have downloaded and installed Adobe Acrobat Reader 8.0.

 

    4.    Upon completion of the BPO, PRINT the form and photos and retain a copy for your records.  As you proceed in sending the BPO, you will save a copy of the ".xml" to your computer.  You can do this by right-clicking on the BPOForm.xml file in the e-mail window which pops up and selecting "Save As".  Then just save the file locally to your computer.  However, unless you have Adobe Acrobat Professional 7.0 or higher you will not be able to open this file to edit it after you press the "Submit by E-Mail" button.

The BPO form is complete at this point.
